Herbal Consults

In an effort to support those who seek alternative types of healing, I provide 50 minute consultations, in person and remotely, in which we discuss how a holistic approach to health may benefit you. During this session, we explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual experiences that have shaped you and how they relate to your current wellness goals. We will also look into your everyday habits and investigate what shifts can be made to further align you with your best self.

Following the consult, I will provide you with some suggestions on herbs that may be your allies in your journey towards wellness. Together, we will come up with the best and most accessible way for you to acquire these herbs. All of this information will be sent to you in a detailed follow up email which will include insights I gathered from our consult, lifestyle recommendations, and herbal recommendations.

This service is offered for $45-65/session suggested donation. However, I never want financial circumstances to be a barrier to health, so I am always willing to work around financial difficulties.

Herbal Education

Herbal medicine has always been the medicine of the people and I am passionate about keeping it that way. Utilizing my background in informal education, I provide interactive talks and workshops on anything from the basics of herbal medicine to immunity, digestive support, and more. Tea Mixing

Tea blends can make a unique addition to any special events. I provide individualized herbal blends for every occasion, from weddings to parties. These make unique and memorable party favors that friends and family will love. Please contact me to inquire about specific mixes and cost.
