Welcome to Raeflower Holstics. As a community herbalist, I strive to create spaces that encourage the learning and growth that comes from diving into oneself and deeply listening. I strongly believe in the intelligence of bodies and the mutualistic relationship they have formed with so many of the plants on this beautiful planet. Each of our bodies are constantly working towards balance, vigor, and wellness but sometimes need small nudges in the right direction. My practice is built on this framework, using plants and their naturally occurring constituents to make those nudges.Utilizing your knowledge of self and pairing it with my herbal education, I aim to support the needs of your body, mind and spirit.
